Online Kapıcım

In development

Online Kapıcım is a mobile service platform being developed to make everyday home and apartment services easier to access in Turkey.

It aims to connect customers with individual and business service providers. We are working on a system through which users can submit their needs and consider suitable service options.

Planned service areas

  • Household waste collected from the customer’s door and taken to an appropriate collection point.
  • Grocery shopping requests.
  • Apartment stairway and doorstep cleaning.
  • Home cleaning services.

Istanbul is the planned initial service area. Development work focuses on managing service requests, provider verification, price transparency and the user experience.
