How are Nexus and its brands connected?

Nexus Solutions Global brings together SendModels.com, our destination-specific travel consultancy platforms and our digital ventures. Each business has its own focus and audience within the company.

Who should I contact about a project or partnership?

Contact the Nexus team at support@nexussolutionsglobal.com and tell us which business your enquiry concerns. For a question about a travel application you have already started, use the contact channel on the destination-specific platform you used.

Which services can I enquire about?

You can contact us about media and talent consultancy, international travel preparation and commercial collaborations. Travel services are offered through our destination-specific platforms. MIVO Live and Online Kapıcım are in development; they are not presented as services ready for public use.

Can I make a travel application on this website?

This is our corporate website. It introduces our businesses and provides contact information. For travel services and the relevant application process, visit the destination-specific platform linked from our Travel Consultancy page.

How is the company’s work organised?

Our businesses are organised around their respective fields: media and talent consultancy, travel consultancy and digital product development. They sit within Nexus Solutions Global, while the approach to each business reflects its market and the work involved.

Does your international network mean you have an office in every market?

No. Our international operational network refers to the people, local knowledge and industry connections involved in our work. It should not be read as a list of physical offices. Nexus Solutions Global is headquartered in the United Kingdom.

How does local knowledge inform your international work?

The needs of each market shape the work. For media projects, we research local broadcasters and audiences. Travel consultancy is organised by destination, while each digital venture is developed for its intended users and market.

Why do the businesses have different brands and audiences?

The businesses address different needs. A broadcaster considering a content project, a traveller preparing an application and a future user of a home services platform need different information and support. Keeping a distinct focus for each business helps us organise that work clearly.

Is SendModels.com a modelling agency?

SendModels.com is our media and talent consultancy business. Its work centres on international content and talent collaborations for television broadcasters, including projects involving actors, artists, influencers and musicians.

How do you decide whether a project suits a broadcaster?

We research the broadcaster’s programming direction, local audience, viewing habits and market. We use that work to develop a proposal around the channel’s priorities, considering the relevance of the content or participants as well as its practical and commercial requirements.

Do you arrange direct discussions with the people involved?

We communicate directly with relevant talent and coordinate discussions with broadcasters, rights holders, authorised distributors and artists or their authorised representatives. The parties involved depend on the project and the stage it has reached.

Does a content licence include an artist’s participation?

A content licence and an artist’s participation are separate matters. Broadcast rights, appearances, scheduling and usage terms need to be considered with the relevant parties. A proposal does not guarantee that rights or talent participation will be available or agreed.

Can a broadcaster consider a project in stages?

Yes. A project can be structured so that the broadcaster considers each stage separately. For example, licensing discussions may be assessed before additional content or an event is taken forward. Progress depends on the broadcaster’s objectives and the agreements required at each stage.

Can we use an artist’s name or image to promote a proposed project?

Do not assume that a proposal or an initial discussion gives permission for promotion. Use of an artist’s name, image, footage or other material needs the appropriate permissions and agreed usage terms from the relevant rights holders or authorised parties.

What does your travel consultancy support cover?

Our support focuses on understanding relevant entry and application requirements, organising documents and working through the application steps. The service offered depends on the destination-specific platform and the traveller’s circumstances.

Where should I go to start an application?

Use the platform for your destination linked from our Travel Consultancy page. Review its service information and application steps before proceeding. If the route for your circumstances is unclear, contact that platform for guidance rather than submitting an application through the Nexus corporate website.

Who can help with an application I have already started?

Contact the destination-specific platform you used and quote your application reference, if you have one. Start with a brief description of the question. Do not send identity documents or payment details in a general corporate enquiry unless the relevant team directs you to an appropriate channel.

Are your travel platforms official government services?

They are private commercial consultancy services. The relevant authorities assess applications and make visa and entry decisions. Our role is preparation and process support; we cannot guarantee approval or entry.

Is the same document list suitable for every traveller?

No. The information and documents needed can depend on the destination, application type and the traveller’s circumstances. Use the guidance relevant to your application and check any points that need clarification before proceeding.

Are MIVO Live and Online Kapıcım available to use?

Both platforms are in development. The descriptions on this website explain their intended purpose and planned scope; they are not an announcement that either product is available for public use.

What is MIVO Live being developed for?

MIVO Live is intended to bring creators and audiences together through live digital interaction and online community experiences. Its features, commercial model and plans for public availability are being shaped during development.

What is the planned role of Online Kapıcım?

Online Kapıcım is being developed to connect customers with providers of everyday home and apartment services in Turkey. Istanbul is the planned first service area. Service requests, provider verification, price transparency and the user experience are areas of development, rather than promises of services currently available.

How can I discuss a collaboration involving one of the platforms?

Contact the Nexus team at support@nexussolutionsglobal.com, name the platform and explain your proposed involvement. We can then establish what further information is needed. An initial enquiry does not confirm a partnership, product feature or launch commitment.

How It Works

Read how we work

Do I need a finished proposal before contacting you?

No. A short, clear outline is enough to begin. Tell us who you are, what you want to achieve and which part of our business interests you. If the idea is still taking shape, say so; we can establish what needs to be clarified.

What information will help you understand my enquiry?

For a media project, tell us about the broadcaster, target audience and type of opportunity you’re considering. For travel support, start with the destination and nature of your question. For a digital partnership, explain the platform you’re interested in and your proposed involvement. Include any deadline that matters.

What happens after the initial conversation?

The next step depends on the enquiry. It may be a request for further information, a discussion with the relevant parties or a closer look at the proposed scope. The aim is to establish what is practical and what needs to be agreed before the work progresses.

Can you work towards a date we’ve already set?

Tell us the date at the outset and explain whether it is fixed or flexible. We’ll need to consider the work involved and any decisions or availability outside our control before confirming what is realistic. Sharing a deadline helps us assess the enquiry; it does not, by itself, confirm delivery.
