Define the need and the setting
We start with who the product is for, the need it will address and the circumstances in which it will be used. Local habits and the service’s practical role in everyday life help shape its scope.
OUR WORKING PROCESS
Every collaboration can begin with a conversation. What follows depends on the work.
For a television project, the broadcaster and audience are central. In travel consultancy, the traveller’s circumstances and the destination’s requirements determine the next steps. For our digital ventures, development decisions begin with the need each product is intended to address.
At Nexus Solutions Global, we approach each area on its own terms. Our aim throughout is to make the scope clear, connect the right people and establish what is needed to move forward.
MEDIA & TALENT CONSULTANCY
Work at SendModels.com starts with understanding a broadcaster’s market and the place a proposed project could occupy within it. Choosing a recognisable name is only one part of that process.
We research the channel’s editorial direction, target audience, existing content and local viewing habits. We consider who a project could reach, how it might fit into the schedule and why it would be relevant to that broadcaster.
International recognition is one consideration. A potential participant’s connection with local audiences, suitability for the format and relevance to the channel’s objectives also matter.
We turn the research into a proposal, bringing together the central idea, potential participants, intended audience and the case for the broadcaster.
Audience interest, existing fan communities, promotional opportunities and possible sponsorship or investment models are assessed at this stage. Commercial potential is considered alongside the practical requirements of delivering the project.
We present the proposal to a suitable broadcaster. The initial discussion establishes whether it aligns with the channel’s priorities.
Feedback may lead to changes in the format, participant profile or commercial model. We move to the next stage when there is mutual interest and enough clarity to develop the discussion.
As a project progresses, we communicate directly with the relevant talent and other parties. Discussions cover the scope of participation, availability, broadcast and usage rights, promotional expectations and commercial terms.
A proposal does not mean every element has already been agreed. The delivery plan develops through the assessments and agreements of the parties involved.
Our dedicated team of 15 people, working across different countries, carries out local research, international communication and project coordination.
As work progresses, we focus on communicating each party’s requirements accurately, following up on open questions and establishing what the next stage needs. Scope and timing are determined by the circumstances of each project.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
The right preparation depends on the destination, purpose of travel and applicant’s circumstances. Our Travel Consultancy work follows those requirements rather than applying the same document list or application route to everyone.
We begin with the destination, purpose of travel, planned dates and personal circumstances relevant to the application. These details help establish which requirements need to be reviewed.
We help applicants understand the information and documents required for the relevant application type. Preparation includes identifying missing details, inconsistencies and points that may need clarification.
The aim is to help the applicant understand what they are providing, why it is needed and what remains to be prepared.
We provide guidance on organising information and following the relevant steps. Applicants should check that their own details are accurate and up to date.
Further information or documents may be requested, so preparation can extend beyond completing the initial document list.
The destination-specific platform sets out the service scope and contact channels. Our Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and Egypt platforms can be reached through the Travel Consultancy page.
Our consultancy focuses on preparation and process support. Application assessments and entry decisions are made by the relevant authorities.
DIGITAL VENTURES
Our Digital Ventures work focuses on developing our own products. Defining an idea is the beginning of the work needed to turn it into a usable service.
We start with who the product is for, the need it will address and the circumstances in which it will be used. Local habits and the service’s practical role in everyday life help shape its scope.
Not every possible feature belongs in the first stage. Our priority is to make the core purpose clear and focus on the functions that support it.
For MIVO Live, that focus is live interaction and community experiences. For Online Kapıcım, it is access to everyday home and apartment services. These different needs call for separate product decisions.
How a person completes a task and how the service will operate are as important as the appearance of the interface. Development therefore involves more than visual design.
For services planned for a particular area, product scope and local operations need to work together. Istanbul’s role as the planned first service area for Online Kapıcım is part of this approach.
MIVO Live and Online Kapıcım are in development. We distinguish planned features from services that have become available when describing their progress. Current information is shared on the Digital Ventures page.
PARTNERSHIPS & ENQUIRIES
You do not need a lengthy presentation for an initial conversation. Your organisation’s name, the subject of your enquiry, the relevant business area and any intended timing provide a useful starting point.
For a media project, outline your target market and programming priorities. For a commercial partnership, describe the scope you have in mind. For travel consultancy, let us know the destination.
After the first contact, we can clarify what further information is needed and the scope of the discussion.
